The PRAEGRESS institute was set up in 2016 as
an incubator of ideas and collector of resources. Concrete and technically feasible concepts, which respond to the new perspectives of integration between matter and consciousness, with a global awareness: the guiding thread of the projects, which are presented here in summary form, with various indexes of implementation priorities:
"REC" Technology at the service of real people and nature, to solve the problems related to the continuous production of waste of all kinds and types, as an inevitable consequence of human activity.
Industrial eco-friendly process, non-combustible, which transforms civil and industrial waste into liquid and gaseous hydrocarbons in complete safety, for energy and automotive purposes.
Modules starting from 30,000 tons / year of production capacity.
Possibility of implementing a private tax-free fuel distribution network.

Investment starting from € 9,500,000 with ROI> 25% p.a. for small units,
up to bigger transformation platforms for urban and industrial waste from unsorted collection - with tailored investment about 450,000,000 Euros with ROI> 35% p.a.
“COHABIT” Housing consortium, to respond to the growing post-COVID demand for housing by families, which have been refused access to credit. An offering of residential complexes, built with a new vision and new living parameters, alternative energy sources and commercial services 7/24.
With the COHABIT formula, the family acquires the housing right away, with the possibility of purchasing it in the form of rent with redemption rights, without guarantees, and without loans.
The project is feasible thanks to structured finance management in collaboration with important institutional groups.
The project is developed in the medium to long term, incorporating individual consortia within a real estate fund, listed on the stock exchange.

"EXPERIENTIA ITALICA" Experiential tourism project within medieval Italian villages and at various worthy accommodation facilities, with a strong personal impact. Tourists can make their own "work" contribution, and discover ancient arts and crafts, with the possibility of exchanging guest and host roles. There are more than 6,000 magnificent Italian villages abandoned, and more than 5,000 small centers at risk, as well as a whole series of Italian real estate assets inserted in cultural and natural contexts, to be put back into play.
Science of experiential tourism, supported by massive digital literacy of the population without borders.

The project requires significant investments, with long-term returns, through an SPV as a real estate fund, listed on the Stock Exchange, to channel investments: ROI> 10% p.a.
