PRAEGRESS Institute supports talent of all ages to develop their ideas into marketable products.
This is usually accomplished by acquiring or participating in copyrights, patents, or utility models.
The statutes of PRAEGRESS allow financial provision for the heirs or other beneficiaries designated by the inventors in the testamentary sphere.
About us
The institute PRAEGRESS was established in 2016 for the purpose of supporting a scientific-technical and entrepreneurial "incubator" (incubator means an institutionalized environment for the development, support, and implementation of new creative scientific ideas), for the support of economic growth, scientific-technical development and education, including personal and economic integration of disadvantaged people, as a tool for local development in Europe and anywhere else in the World.
The institute will achieve its goals through different business activities:
- Management of own assets and/or assets of third persons (including legal persons);
- Economic activity and commercial use of unique technical solutions, utility models and patents for the benefit of inventors and/or for the benefit of legal successors of inventors, respectively in favor of guardians of minors;
- Support of scientific-technical development and entrepreneurial development, including support of individuals, especially inventors and their legal successors, and of individual projects;
- Provision of public utility services in the social and micro-entrepreneurial spheres;
- Consulting, information technology and analytical activities related to the preparation of projects to frame them in the programs published by the European Union;
- IT and analytical services including publication activities in the field of energy development and innovation, energy engineering, energy conservation, and renewable energy resources;
- Repurchase of receivables, assumption, and settlement of debts, assignment of receivables, transactions aimed at resolving insolvency, granting guarantees for receivables banking, debit and credit equalization between companies;
- Consulting in the social sphere, services in the sphere of administrative management and services of organizational economics, provision of loans and microloans from own resources, and intermediation of credits and loans for entrepreneurial purposes.

Our Executive Director
New projects are all treated with the same degree of attention. Sometimes the first approach is not comprehensive and the idea does not render its true value well. It is our job to dissect all aspects, study similarities offered by competitors, and evaluate possible economic returns.
In case of interest in the submitted project, we will take charge of drafting the feasibility study, to be presented together with you to possible business or financial partners.
